Educational use

SkyHood Nova offers astronomy education and observing planning. Calculated positions and forecasts have limitations. The application is not a navigation, telescope-control or emergency service. Choose safe observing sites and use optical equipment according to its manufacturer’s instructions.

Community participation

Share content you have the right to publish, credit sources, respect others and distinguish evidence from speculation. Do not share another person’s private information or attempt to bypass access controls. Moderators may hide content and review reports. New posts enter a moderation queue.

Ownership and sources

You retain rights to your original contributions and allow them to be displayed according to the visibility you chose. Third-party imagery and data retain their own licences. No merchandise, paid subscriptions or payment processing are implemented.

Availability

Provider outages, rate limits and maintenance may affect data availability. A feature awaiting credentials is labeled as unavailable. The project owner must finalize the operator identity, jurisdiction, support arrangements and retention obligations before a public launch.
